Report: Leicester City want Guus Hiddink

Former Netherlands and Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink is reportedly being considered for Leicester City's managerial vacancy.

Leicester City's owners have reportedly identified Guus Hiddink as a potential candidate for their managerial vacancy.

The Foxes are looking for a new boss after sacking Nigel Pearson earlier this week, with Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon and former West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce among the early frontrunners for the job.

However, The Mirror reports that the club's owners are interested in the Dutchman, who is available after quitting his role with the Netherlands' national team.

Hiddink won the FA Cup during his spell with Chelsea in 2009, and has led PSV Eindhoven to six Eredivisie titles.
