Leicester City vice-chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha has suggested that the club have not yet completed their spending this summer.
The reigning Premier League champions have signed Ahmed Musa, Nampalys Mendy, Ron-Robert Zieler, Luis Hernandez and Bartosz Kapustka in this window.
On top of that, Claudio Ranieri's star players Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez penned new long-term contracts at the King Power Stadium.
The downside for the Foxes was the departure of midfielder N'Golo Kante, who opted to join Chelsea earlier this summer.
In an interview with the Leicester Mercury, Srivaddhanaprabha said: "Several of our players made long-term commitments to the club during the summer months and I'm delighted.
"I'm already excited by the strength and vibrancy of the squad and we are ready to make to make further investments if the right opportunities arise."
The Foxes are yet to win a league game this season having lost one and drawn one.
