Report: Leicester City want Southampton's Victor Wanyama

A report claims that Leicester City will move for Southampton's Victor Wanyama if they lose in-demand N'Golo Kante at the end of the season.

Leicester City are reportedly considering a summer move for Southampton midfielder Victor Wanyama.

The Foxes, who would win the Premier League title with victory at Manchester United on Sunday, are expected to face a host of summer interest in their French midfielder N'Golo Kante.

Arsenal, Man United and Liverpool have all been linked with the 25-year-old and according to The Mirror, if Kante departs the King Power Stadium, Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri will move for Wanyama.

Wanyama, 24, will be out of contract at Southampton in June 2017 and is believed to be stalling on signing a new deal.

The Kenya international joined Southampton from Celtic in the summer of 2013 and is fast closing in on 100 appearances for his Premier League club.
