Atletico Madrid have reportedly been handed a major double boost on the injury front ahead of Tuesday's Champions League battle with Liverpool.
The La Liga champions have taken four points from their opening two games in Group B to sit second in the rankings, drawing with Porto before claiming a last-gasp win over AC Milan.
However, Diego Simeone was hit with a number of injury concerns before the tie, and there were fears that Matheus Cunha, Jose Gimenez and Marcos Llorente - the latter two being regular first-team starters - could all miss out.
Atletico may be able to welcome their key players back in time, though, with Mundo Deportivo reporting that Llorente and Gimenez both came through a training game unscathed and should feature.
The report adds that Cunha could also be in contention to play, while Gimenez should return in defence amid fears that Geoffrey Kondogbia would have had to start as an emergency centre-back.
The hosts will definitely be without Stefan Savic through suspension, though, while Liverpool have concerns over midfield duo Thiago Alcantara and Curtis Jones.
