Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini claims that Liverpool's Luis Suarez is one of the best strikers in the Premier League.

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has claimed that Luis Suarez is one of the best strikers in the Premier League.

Suarez and his Liverpool teammates will take on champions City at the Etihad Stadium in the league on Sunday.

"Suarez for me is a top player," Mancini told reporters. "I like him because he is strong and he works hard.

"For me, he is one of the best in England."

City and Liverpool played out a 2-2 draw at Anfield in the league earlier this season.
