Simon Mignolet: 'Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge will carry on scoring'

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet feels that strikers Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge can keep up their goalscoring form.

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has backed Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge to continue their goalscoring form.

The strikers, who have been dubbed the 'SAS', have netted 14 goals between them this season, and the Belgium keeper feels that the pair can maintain their impressive performances.

"They are a very good partnership, the goals they score and the quality they show week in, week out just shows how good they are," Mignolet told Goal.com.

"They're doing really well at the moment and working really hard together. The amount of work they do to win the ball back can sometimes be more important as we play as a team.

"If they keep scoring like they are doing, then it can only help us win games."

Sturridge is the Premier League's top scorer this season with eight strikes.
