Liverpool manager Arne Slot will likely make just the one change to his starting lineup for Sunday's Premier League clash with Brentford at Anfield.
The Dutchman kicked off his reign with a 2-0 win over newly-promoted Ipswich Town last weekend, where Jarell Quansah was taken off at half time, sparking fears of a possible injury.
However, Slot confirmed that the change was tactical in nature due to Quansah losing a couple of important duels, but the centre-back has ironically now picked up a problem in training.
Quansah has not been ruled out of the weekend's game just yet, but Ibrahima Konate is virtually guaranteed to replace him alongside Virgil van Dijk for Slot's first Premier League home game.
Alisson Becker, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson ought to complete a first-choice defence, as Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch link arms in the deeper midfield positions.
The pair will operate just behind Dominik Szoboszlai, who should form part of an attacking trident inevitably comprising Mohamed Salah, who scored a record ninth Premier League opening-day goal last weekend.
Diogo Jota's opener in that beating of Ipswich should see the Portugal international keep Darwin Nunez at bay as well, while Luis Diaz is also expected to see off the threat of Cody Gakpo, as Slot keeps faith in 10 of the starters from Portman Road.
Liverpool possible starting lineup:
Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Mac Allister, Gravenberch; Salah, Szoboszlai, Diaz; Jota
