Barcelona reportedly win the race to sign Toulouse defender Jean-Clair Todibo, who has also been attracting interest from England and Italy.

Toulouse defender Jean-Clair Todibo has reportedly decided to join Barcelona.

The 19-year-old has emerged as one of the top prospects in French football, with 10 starts having being made in Ligue 1 this season.

However, the youngster refused to pen a new contract with Toulouse, and it resulted in interest from the likes of Liverpool, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Inter Milan.

Juventus and Napoli have also been linked with an approach for the player but according to Sky Sport Italia, Barcelona have won the race for Todibo's signature.

Tobido is likely to be regarded as one for the future by the Catalan giants, who may use the France Under-20 international in their 'B' squad for the rest of the season.
