Hull City have added to their squad with the arrival of central midfielder Kevin Stewart from Liverpool on a three-year deal.
The 23-year-old made 20 appearances for the Reds following his arrival from Tottenham Hotspur three years ago, doing enough to earn a five-year contract in 2015.
Stewart, who has past experience playing for Crewe Alexandra, Cheltenham Town, Burton Albion and Swindon Town, has cut short his time on Merseyside after flying to the Tigers' training base in Portugal on Thursday to finalise a move.
Speaking to his new club's official website, the Tottenham academy graduate said: "I'm delighted to sign for the club, I can't wait to get started and get my boots on. It's an exciting move for me and I'm looking forward to the challenge ahead."
Stewart heads in the opposite direction to left-back Andrew Robertson, who penned a long-term deal with Liverpool on Friday afternoon for a fee of around £10m.
