Dembele, 24, has impressed with his performances in the Premier League this season, but is reportedly ready to join a club fighting for major honours.
Liverpool have enquired as to the Belgian's availability, according to caughtoffside.com, with a view to a summer transfer.
Dembele joined Fulham from AZ Alkmaar in 2010.
