Liverpool have reportedly slapped a £200m price tag on Sadio Mane amid interest from Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old has been instrumental in the Reds' charge for the Premier League title this season by contributing 17 goals, with 13 of those coming in his last 18 league outings.
Returning Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is expected to have significant funds at his disposal this summer as he looks to overhaul his squad, and recent reports have suggested that he has made Mane his number one target.
According to El Chiringuito, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is adamant that the Senegal international cannot be sold this summer and the club's hierarchy have responded by setting his price tag at €230m (£200m) - the same amount that Neymar cost Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record deal in 2017.
The Spanish TV station says that Madrid president Florentino Perez is determined to provide whatever Zidane needs in order for the club to regain dominance over El Clasico rivals Barcelona, however, and is gearing up to bid for Mane at the end of the current campaign.
Perez is also said to be prepared to offer Liverpool the likes of Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio or James Rodriguez as a sweetener in any potential deal.
Mane, who has been with Klopp's side since 2016, signed a new long-term deal last October keeping him at Anfield until 2023.
