Report: Liverpool to sign AC Milan forward Jeremy Menez, Lucas Leiva to leave

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing AC Milan forward Jeremy Menez, with the Italian side keen on midfielder Lucas Leiva.

Liverpool are reportedly considering a January bid for AC Milan forward Jeremy Menez, in a deal which could see midfielder Lucas Leiva move in the opposite direction.

The 28-year-old, who joined the Italian side from Paris Saint-Germain in 2014, has scored 20 goals in 34 Serie A games for the club.

According to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, Milan are keen on signing Lucas - also 28 years old - and are willing to part with Menez in exchange.

Lucas, who joined Liverpool in 2007, has made 277 appearances for the club in all competitions.

The Brazilian, who has made 24 international appearances, was linked with a move to Besiktas last month.
