Rangers have reportedly identified Liverpool youngster Ben Woodburn as a potential loan signing for the rest of the season.
Woodburn has spent the first half of the campaign at Sheffield United, but the 19-year-old has not made a first-team outing for the Championship outfit since the middle of September.
That has resulted in Liverpool being keen to send Woodburn elsewhere at the start of 2019, and according to The Sun, Rangers have shown an interest in the Wales international.
Steven Gerrard is keen to strengthen his squad at Ibrox, and the Liverpool legend allegedly wants to have Woodburn at his disposal as the Glasgow giants target the Scottish Premiership title.
A number of clubs from English football's second tier are likely to challenge Rangers for Woodburn's signature.
