Espanyol are reportedly preparing a January move for Liverpool forward Jerome Sinclair, who will soon be out of contract at Anfield.
Sinclair, 19, has been with Liverpool since 2011, but has only made three first-team appearances for the Merseyside outfit despite his potential.
It is understood that the Englishman, who has had a spell on loan at Wigan Athletic, has refused to sign a new deal with his current club and as it stands, the forward will be a free agent at the end of the season.
According to the Daily Mail, La Liga side Espanyol are interested in signing the teenager and will launch a cut-price offer when the winter transfer window opens.
Sinclair made his Liverpool debut just six days after his 16th birthday in 2012.
