Report: Sevilla consider Joe Allen move

A report claims that Sevilla are ready to hijack Swansea City's move for Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen.

Sevilla are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen this summer.

The 26-year-old, who has helped Wales qualify for the last-16 stage of Euro 2016, is expected to leave Anfield this summer and has been linked with a return to Swansea City.

However, according to Fichajes.net, Sevilla are considering a move for the Welshman as they prepare to lose Ever Banega, who will join Inter Milan on a free transfer next month.

Allen, who is also said to be interesting Southampton, is approaching the final 12 months of his contract with Liverpool.
