Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has backed Real Madrid to overcome Paris Saint-Germain in the last-16 stage of the Champions League.
Real Madrid recorded a 3-1 win when the two teams met in the first leg of their round-of-16 match earlier this month.
PSG's incredible home form over the last couple of years means that the tie is far from finished, but Aguero, who played for Real Madrid's capital rivals Atletico Madrid, has tipped Los Blancos to make the quarter-finals.
"I believe Madrid will go through, they are in a strong position," Aguero told reporters. "They are already leading by two goals in the tie and Madrid are a side who always have a goal threat, they also score goals.
"If they score one then the tie is over, and Madrid have so much experience in the Champions League so I expect them to progress without much fuss."
City, meanwhile, already have one foot in the quarter-finals of the competition following their 4-0 victory at Basel in the first leg of their last-16 tie.
