Manchester City's Gael Clichy: 'We're good enough to win Premier League title'

Manchester City full-back Gael Clichy believes that the club can win back the Premier League title this season.

Manchester City full-back Gael Clichy believes that the club have enough quality to win the Premier League title this season.

The North-West outfit relinquished their grip on the trophy last season to the red half of Manchester, but Clichy is confident that manager Manuel Pellegrini can bring back winning ways to the Etihad.

"New players have joined the team and we also have a new coach, so we have all the ingredients to win the title again," the Manchester Evening News quotes Clichy as saying.

"This is not only a question about the number we have, but it is also a question of mental strength. We can do it, we want to do it, and we'll try anything, but at the moment we have to wait to see what will happen throughout the season."

City have recorded two wins and one defeat so far in their Premier League campaign.
