Vincent Kompany returns to Manchester City squad

Vincent Kompany returns to the Manchester City squad against West Bromwich Albion.

Vincent Kompany has returned to the Manchester City squad for Wednesday's trip to West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.

The City captain has missed his side's last 10 matches in all competitions with a thigh injury.

However, the 27-year-old Belgian defender is part of Manuel Pellegrini's squad for tomorrow night's visit to The Hawthorns.

City travel to the Midlands in third place in the Premier League table, six points behind leaders Arsenal.

The former English champions earned a comfortable 3-0 win at home to Swansea City on Sunday.
