Carlos Tevez's agent Kia Joorabchian has insisted that his client could still join AC Milan.
Talks between Manchester City and the Rossoneri ended last week following the clubs' failure to reach an agreement for the Argentine striker.
Brazilian club Corinthians are believed to be keen on signing Tevez, but Joorabchian claimed that Milan remain the 27-year-old's number one choice.
"Carlitos has a huge debt to Corinthians, but they must accept the fact that he wants to play for AC Milan," the representative told Tuttosport.
"The conversations between AC Milan and Manchester City have not yet been completed. There will be other meetings, but we will have to wait and wait and wait."
Tevez has not played for City since September.
