Mario Balotelli's agent has reiterated that the Italian striker will not leave Manchester City this month.
AC Milan have confirmed that they are interested in signing the 22-year-old before the end of the January transfer window, but are not willing to pay City's asking price of £31m.
"There is no negotiation for Balotelli with any club, no meeting, zero," Mino Raiola told GR Parlamento radio. "It seems like a Grimm Brothers fairy tale.
"Manchester City won't sell Mario, let alone loan [him out]. There are zero chances he moves. But until January 31, who knows?
"City never asked for money because they never offered the player for sale."
Balotelli joined City from Inter Milan in the summer of 2010.
