Manchester City 'plotting £20m Kevin De Bruyne deal'

Former Chelsea winger Kevin De Bruyne, who is now at Wolfsburg, emerges as a £20m target for Manchester City, according to reports.

Manchester City are reportedly keen on signing midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg.

De Bruyne was tipped for big things when he joined Chelsea in January 2012, but never settled at the London club and was sold to the Bundesliga outfit last January.

However, The People claims that City manager Manuel Pellegrini is interested in bringing the Belgian international back to the Premier League.

It is thought that the English champions would not be put off by the £20m price tag put on the player by Wolfsburg.

City are said to see De Bruyne as a viable option as any deal would not risk the club breaking financial fair play rules again.
