Manchester City recall Abdul Razak from his loan spell at Charlton Athletic.

Manchester City have cut short midfielder Abdul Razak's loan stay at Championship club Charlton Athletic.

The 19-year-old has made just one league appearance in each of his three seasons for City, but he is regarded as a future first-team squad member.

He had initially been expected to stay with Charlton until the New Year, but a host of injuries at City has forced Roberto Mancini's hand.

The Ivorian has made two appearances since joining Charlton and it is understood that they will return with another offer in January.

Razek has one international cap to his name.
