Manchester City's Nigel de Jong is reportedly close to securing a transfer to AC Milan.
The Dutchman, who turned down a new contract at the Etihad, will complete an £8m switch to the Italian giants before the transfer window closes, according to Goal.com.
De Jong was previously linked with a move to Inter Milan, but the club's bitter rivals are understood to have beaten them to his signature.
The 27-year-old, who joined Man City from Hamburg for £18m in 2009, has one year remaining on his current deal.
