Borussia Dortmund looking to sign Phil Foden from Manchester City?

Phil Foden is reportedly wanted by Borussia Dortmund, who will use the success of Jadon Sancho to tempt the Manchester City midfielder into making a switch.

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keen to team up Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden with Jadon Sancho in the Bundesliga.

Foden is understood to be in talks with City over a new long-term contract, having entered the final two years of his existing deal.

The 18-year-old has been at the Etihad Stadium since the age of six and has shown no signs that he is considering a move away.

According to the Daily Mail, however, Dortmund will try to tempt the English youngster into joining Sancho - who has thrived since making the same switch last year - at the Westfalenstadion.

RB Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be monitoring Foden's future, while Juventus have been tipped to make a move for the Golden Ball winner from last year's Under-17 World Cup.
