Hibernian have completed deals to sign Owain Tudur-Jones and Ryan McGivern on two-year contracts this summer.
The duo will arrive in Edinburgh on free transfers later this month, when their respective deals with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Manchester City expire.
"The move is a fresh challenge and one I'm really excited about," Welsh midfielder Tudur-Jones, 28, told the Hibs website.
Northern Ireland left-back McGivern, 23, who spent last season on loan at Easter Road, added: "I'm really pleased to have agreed to join Hibs on a permanent basis.
"I'm excited about what we can achieve as a group next season.
"There were other options available for me down South in England, but I wanted to stay with Hibs and continue my development at the club."
Meanwhile, former Hibs forward Eoin Doyle has joined Chesterfield on a two-year contract.
