The 21-year-old only joined City from Racing Club earlier this month, but has immediately been sent on a season-long loan to Los Che.
The agreement was confirmed on Valencia's official website, with the midfielder due to spend the 2014-15 campaign with the La Liga outfit.
Zuculini scored 10 times in 92 league games for Racing between 2010 and 2014.
