Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw has been released from hospital as he begins his recovery from a double leg fracture, according to reports.
It has been a week since the England international suffered the injury during his side's loss to PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League and he flew back to Manchester at the weekend after being given the all-clear to leave Holland.
After spending the weekend in the hospital, Shaw has been allowed to return home for the early stages of his rehabilitation, according to Sky Sports News.
Shaw needed two operations on his leg last week and early reports have suggested that he could miss the rest of the season.
