Luke Shaw, Henrikh Mkhitaryan available for Manchester United

Luke Shaw and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are both fit for Manchester United's Premier League clash with Liverpool on Monday night, confirms Jose Mourinho.

Luke Shaw and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are both available for Manchester United's Premier League clash with Liverpool on Monday night.

Shaw has not featured for the Red Devils since picking up an injury against Watford on September 18, while summer signing Mkhitaryan has not represented the club since the Manchester derby on September 10.

It had been claimed that the pair would once again miss out at Anfield, but head coach Jose Mourinho told MUTV on Friday afternoon that the two players were in his thoughts for the Premier League clash.

Mourinho also revealed that there had been no injuries on the recent international break, leaving the Portuguese with a 25-man squad to choose from.

Man United have won four, drawn one and lost two of their seven Premier League matches this season, with a total of 13 points leaving them in sixth position in the table.
