Manchester United's Dutch midfielder Daley Blind has praised manager Louis van Gaal's ability to build teams, saying that his fellow countryman is a "specialist".
The 24-year-old completed his move to the Red Devils earlier this summer, revealing that Van Gaal was a major factor in his decision.
Although United have failed to get off to a positive start, Blind believes that Van Gaal is the man to take things forward.
"Van Gaal is a specialist at building a team, not only on the field, also outside the pitch. His quality is to create a real collective to win games," the midfielder said, according to Goal.com.
United will be looking to climb into the top half of the table as they face West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday, with the former Premier League champions sitting in 12th position after only securing five points from a possible 15.
