Chelsea have reportedly identified Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry as an alternative option to Raphinha.
The Blues seemed close to signing Raphinha this summer after having a bid accepted by Leeds United, but the Brazilian is set to join his preferred club Barcelona, who have improved their offer to match the asking price.
Although Raheem Sterling is set to join Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel is keen to sign one more attacking player in the transfer window, and with Raphinha expected to sign for Barcelona, the Blues have begun looking for alternatives.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea are considering a move for Gnabry, who currently has one year remaining on his Bayern current contract.
Bayern have reportedly set an asking price of £34m for the 26-year-old, who has also drawn interest from Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool, although Arsenal have indicated they are not focused on signing their former player.
Gnabry scored 14 goals in 34 league games last season, helping Bayern clinch their 10th consecutive Bundesliga title.
