Antoine Griezmann has reportedly made yet another U-turn on his next career move by deciding that he wants to stay put at Atletico Madrid.
The France international's future is back in the spotlight as it emerged earlier this week that he has allegedly asked for a move to Barcelona, less than a year after snubbing the La Liga champions.
Griezmann penned a new long-term deal at the Wanda Metropolitano ahead of helping his national side to World Cup success last summer and, according to fresh reports emerging from Spain, he intends to respect the contract.
AS claims that Griezmann has spoken to Atletico chiefs and informed them that he will not push for a move away, and he is excited to link up with Alvaro Morata, who is currently on loan from Chelsea.
Speaking earlier this week, Atleti boss Diego Simeone insisted that he "is not worried" about the 28-year-old's situation, despite Manchester United also being linked.
