Leonardo: 'No Paris Saint-Germain offer for Cristiano Ronaldo'

Leonardo insists that Paris Saint-Germain have made no offers for Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney or Edinson Cavani.

Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has insisted that they have not made any offer to Real Madrid for forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Brazilian also claims that PSG are not interested in Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney or Napoli's Edinson Cavani.

"Many players aspire to PSG as much as to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern or Milan, but if we bought everyone then it wouldn't make sense," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"For Cristiano Ronaldo there has never been an offer. I have not heard anything of Rooney or Cavani either. I do not exclude great deals, but only if there is an opportunity."

PSG are currently nine points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 table.
