Manchester City are reportedly preparing to battle Manchester United for the signature of Dinamo Zagreb attacker Dani Olmo in this summer's transfer window.
United are believed to have launched a £35m offer for the 21-year-old, who starred for Spain at the Under-21 European Championships this summer.
However, according to reports in Spain, City have now joined the race for Olmo as the two Manchester giants prepare to engage in a battle.
The attacker, who spent seven years in the Barcelona youth system, has scored 26 times in 102 appearances for his current club in all competitions.
Earlier this week, Olmo's agent hinted that United are interested in a summer swoop for his client.
The Spaniard netted 12 goals for Dinamo Zagreb in all competitions during the 2018-19 campaign.
