Manchester United are still hopeful of luring Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani after missing out on the player in January, according to a report.
The Uruguayan international was said to be one of David Moyes's key transfer targets, and the Daily Star claims that the United manager is determined to land the 26-year-old in the summer.
Recent reports have suggested that former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson tried contacting PSG boss and former Red Devils defender Laurent Blanc to discuss a possible move for Cavani, but the club were told by Les Parisiens that the player was not for sale now or in the future.
Furthermore, Moyes and the United board are believed to be convinced that the ex-Napoli striker would be the perfect addition to the squad.
Cavani has won 60 caps for Uruguay and was part of the squad that reached the 2010 World Cup semi-finals.
