Manchester United are set to make a new bid for Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos worth over £40m in the summer, according to reports.

The Red Devils are thought to have been tracking the Brazilian centre-back, who moved to the French giants from Roma in 2013, for the best part of a year.

According to the Metro, United will try to prise the 20-year-old away from PSG with an offer worth £40.1m, while also looking to up the wages on offer.

Chelsea are also rumoured to be keeping tabs on Marquinhos.
