Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has insisted that the Italian giants have still not received a suitable offer for in-demand central defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
The 29-year-old is believed to be a transfer target for Manchester City, who are said to be in the market for at least one more centre-back ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Koulibaly is thought to be valued by Napoli in the region of £90m, though, and De Laurentiis has said that there will be no discount for the Senegal international despite the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak.
"Without a great offer he does not move," Di Laurentiis told Radio Punto Nuevo.
Manchester United and Chelsea have also previously been linked with the former Metz youngster, who still has three years left to run on his contract in Naples.
City have already boosted their defence with the signing of Nathan Ake from Bournemouth.
