Real Madrid lower their asking price for unsettled attacker Gareth Bale to £60m, according to a report.

Real Madrid have reportedly lowered their asking price for Gareth Bale to £60m in the hope of sparking more interest in the Wales international this summer.

Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich are believed to be the three clubs interested in signing the 29-year-old.

Madrid are reportedly prepared to allow the attacker to pick his next club, providing that the offers that arrive 'are more or less the same', but it is unclear whether any team has officially submitted a bid at this point.

According to Sport, Los Blancos had initially wanted more than £90m for Bale this summer, but are now prepared to accept £60m for a player who has only managed eight La Liga goals during the 2018-19 campaign.

That said, the attacker's agent, Jonathan Barnett, has again recently played down suggestions that his client could leave Madrid in this summer's transfer window.
