Manchester United will reportedly prioritise Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho in this summer's transfer window over a move for a central defender.
United were strongly linked with a new centre-back last summer and again in January, but reported swoops for the likes of Leicester City's Harry Maguire and Tottenham Hotspur's Toby Alderweireld did not materialise.
The Red Devils have since been credited with a firm interest in Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly, but according to The Sun, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's priority is to secure Sancho's signature.
The 18-year-old - who could cost £80m - has been in brilliant form for Dortmund this season, finding the back of the net on nine occasions in 34 appearances, in addition to contributing 15 assists.
The same report, though, has claimed that United are also monitoring Juventus winger Douglas Costa and Inter Milan attacker Ivan Perisic, should they be unable to tempt Dortmund into a sale.
The 20-time English champions will travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday night.
