Team News: Middlesbrough leave out Jonathan Woodgate

Jonathan Woodgate misses Middlesbrough's Championship game against Yeovil Town through injury.

Defender Jonathan Woodgate has been left out of Middlesbrough side to face struggling Yeovil Town in the Championship.

The former Leeds United player misses the game due to a calf injury, but manager Tony Mowbray starts with striker Marvin Emnes after he shook off a groin niggle.

Seb Hines, who resumed full training after a knee problem, is named among the substitutes.

Yeovil manager Gary Johnson continues with Everton loanee Shane Duffy in the heart of defence having played him in the games against Bolton Wanderers and Leicester City in the past week.

Boro go into this game still searching for their win of the season at the Riverside Stadium in the league and start today's game 19th in the table, while Yeovil are second from bottom.

Middlesbrough: Steele, Butterfield, Whitehead, Friend, Adomah, Leadbitter, Emnes, Williams, Kamara, Gibson, Richardson

Yeovil Town: Hennessey; McAllister, Webster, Duffy, Edwards; Grant, Ralls, Upson, Davis; Madden, Williams
