Millwall to host Peterborough United in Johnstone's Paint Trophy

Millwall are drawn to play Peterborough United in the opening round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Millwall will begin their Johnstone's Paint Trophy campaign with a home match against Peterborough United.

The Lions, along with Wigan Athletic and Blackpool, suffered relegation to League One last season, resulting in all three clubs gaining a place in the competition.

Wigan and Blackpool have both received byes, but Neil Harris's outfit will start their attempt to reach Wembley against Peterborough.

Last year's runners-up Walsall will travel to Morecambe, while Barnet will travel to Yeovil Town after their return to the Football League.

North-West section: Port Vale vs. Carlisle United, Shrewsbury Town vs. Oldham Athletic, Accrington Stanley vs. Bury, Morecambe vs. Walsall

North-East section: Hartlepool United vs. Sheffield United, Doncaster Rovers vs. Burton Albion, Notts County vs. Mansfield Town, Scunthorpe United vs. Barnsley

South-West section: Yeovil Town vs. Barnet, Newport County vs. Swindon Town, Exeter City vs. Portsmouth, AFC Wimbledon vs. Plymouth Argyle

South-East section: Luton Town vs. Leyton Orient, Millwall vs. Peterborough, Northampton Town vs. Colchester United, Cambridge United vs. Dagenham & Redbridge
