Newcastle United defender Shane Ferguson has joined Millwall on a 93-day loan.
The 24-year-old has made over 30 first-team appearances for the Magpies since graduating from their academy.
Ferguson, who has been capped 18 times by Northern Ireland, has previously played on loan at Birmingham City and Rangers.
"We're delighted to have Shane on board, he has natural left-footed ability," Millwall manager Neil Harris told the club's official website.
"He can provide terrific deliveries into the box and is equally comfortable playing at left-back as he is on the left wing. That kind of versatility will be very important to us."
Millwall start the new League One season tomorrow with a trip to Shrewsbury Town.
