The agent of Marek Hamsik has claimed that his client has turned down "several big offers" to play in the Chinese Super League.
A host of European-based players have made lucrative switches to the Far East in recent weeks, including Jackson Martinez, Ramires and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
However, Slovakia international Hamsik has no intention of leaving Napoli, according to his representative.
"Hamsik received several big offers from a few Chinese clubs, but he didn't even consider them," Juraj Venglos told Slovak Radio.
"He's focused purely on Napoli and winning the league title with the team. It's normal for a player of his calibre to attract interest from China and so it's no surprise they tried to convince him."
Hamsik, 28, joined Napoli from Brescia in 2007 and he has gone on to make almost 400 appearances for the Partenopei.
