Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew insists that his side have a good chance of going all the way in the Europa League this season.
The Magpies take on Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala in the first leg of their last-16 clash next week.
Newcastle are one of three Premier League clubs left in the competition along with Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, and Pardew believes his side can make the final in Amsterdam.
"Now we are in what I would call the real nitty-gritty of the competition, I think all 16 teams left are really focused on it," Pardew told reporters.
"This is a big trophy to win for all the clubs, and I include the bigger ones such as Chelsea. Trust me on that.
"Do we have a chance to win? I think we have as good a chance as anyone else."
Newcastle lost 1-0 to Swansea City on Saturday afternoon.
