The two teams start the match 0-0 on aggregate following their goalless draw in Russia last week.
Massadio Haidara replaces Mathieu Debuchy in defence, while Vurnon Anita and Sylvain Marveaux are also given starting places.
Jonas Gutierrez is named among the substitutes with Gabriel Obertan and Shola Ameobi.
