Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe has spoken about his desire to build a team for the fans.
The 44-year-old took charge of the club following Steve Bruce's departure, and he has made an immediate impact on their fortunes, with the Magpies climbing out of the relegation zone.
Newcastle now find themselves 14th in the table, with a four-point gap from the bottom three, with the team enjoying a seven-game unbeaten run in the Premier League.
"It is my job to develop a team where they are immensely proud of watching and they see give their all in a game, and that is what I am trying to build, with an identity and style of play they enjoy watching," Howe told talkSPORT.
"We have built up a relationship with the supporters and they have been amazing to me."
Newcastle United will be back in action on Saturday against Brighton & Hove Albion.
