Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has been warned of his future conduct by the Football Association.
The 52-year-old was seen insulting his Manchester City counterpart Manuel Pellegrini during Sunday's Premier League encounter between the teams at St James' Park.
Pardew was furious with a decision to disallow his side a goal during their 2-0 defeat to City.
The Newcastle manager later apologised for the language that he used towards Pellegrini.
Despite widespread criticism over his comments, Pardew will not be charged by English football's governing body.
