Loic Remy, Mathieu Debuchy out for Newcastle United

Newcastle United confirm that Loic Remy and Mathieu Debuchy will both miss several games through injury.

Newcastle United have confirmed that striker Loic Remy and right-back Mathieu Debuchy will miss approximately three and four games respectively through injury.

The Magpies will travel to Craven Cottage to take on basement side Fulham on Saturday without their leading scorer, who has a "calf complaint".

"Loic Remy and Mathieu Debuchy will both miss Newcastle United's trip to Fulham on Saturday through injury," the club said on their website.

"Thirteen-goal leading scorer Remy has a calf complaint, which could see him miss up to three matches, while full-back Debuchy is expected to miss the Magpies' next four fixtures with a groin injury."

Newcastle go into the game in eighth in the Premier League, five points behind Everton.
