John Carver: 'Leicester City match will be our toughest'

Newcastle United boss John Carver believes that his side's match against Leicester City will be the hardest of their remaining games because of the Foxes' recent form.

Newcastle United boss John Carver has branded his side's match against Leicester City as the "toughest" of their remaining games this season.

The Magpies have lost their last seven matches on the spin to slide dangerously close towards the relegation zone with four games left in the campaign.

Carver believes that his side will face an extremely tough task to turn their fortunes around when they travel to the King Power Stadium.

He told the club's official website: "If I'm perfectly honest out of the next four games, I think this is going to be one of the toughest. Me and Steve Stone travelled down to watch them against Chelsea and the atmosphere was incredible, so we'll have to deal with that.

"Leicester were very well organised, very strong and a big physical side but they did run out of steam a little bit. We have to make sure we stay in the game. They're very tight and they work extremely hard. They'll put us under pressure and not give us a minute on the ball.

"But because of their work rate they tire, and we must use that to our advantage."

Newcastle are 14th in the Premier League ahead of their clash against Leicester.
