Norwich City and Cardiff City have both been charged by the Football Association following the reaction to a disallowed goal during last weekend's clash at Carrow Road.
Tempers flared between both sets of players during the goalless draw, which was marred by a disallowed goal from Leroy Fer. He rolled the ball into the back of an empty net after Cardiff conceded a throw-in to allow an injured Norwich player to be treated.
A statement from the FA said: "Both Norwich City and Cardiff City have been charged by the FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion. It follows an incident which occurred in or around the 94th minute of their fixture on Saturday October 26, 2013."
Both clubs have until 6pm on November 4 to respond to the charge.
