Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock reveals that Billy Davies has made many changes at Nottingham Forest since his arrival at the City Ground earlier this month.

Striker Dexter Blackstock believes that Billy Davies's attention to detail can turn Nottingham Forest into a successful club.

Blackstock revealed that he and his teammates had been banned from making themselves a cup of tea and that a fridge had been removed from the dressing room, but the 26-year-old has insisted that his new boss is just looking after his players.

Blackstock told the Nottingham Post: "If he believes something can be changed that will make life easier or better for the players, he will do it, no matter how insignificant it seems.

"He believes the players are the most important thing at any football club, so he wants to look after us.

"Anything that might make us perform even 1% better, he believes is worth looking at, purely because they all add up and might help us to get the result on a Saturday."

Davies began his second spell in charge with a 1-1 draw against Bolton Wanderers.
